- Our Palm Fibre Oil Extraction Plant (PFOE) use hexane as a solvent extraction technology.
- Can be tailored for any capacity of palm fibre available as feedstock.
- Typical solvent consumption is 1.5-2.0kg/tonne of fibre.
- Final de-oiled fibre will have an oil content around 1%.
- Power consumption for this plant is approximately 22kw/tonne.
- Recovered oil can be used as feedstock for bio-fuel
