COCONUT WATER CONCENTRATE (CWC)

  • Our processing facilities complies to all food safety standards including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point).
  • Our CWC plant uses a two stage Spin Vap Vacuum Evaporator technology.
  • The Spin- Vap vacuum evaporator plant is designed to process the pre-pasteurized, de-oiled and chilled coconut water at 4.0 °Brix into 60 °Brix CWC chilled to 5°Celsius and filled into a 210-L bag-in- drums or 20-L bag-in-box.
  • The CWC is fully automated and all process information can be captured through a SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
