Essential Equipment for Tank System (UASB/CSTR)
Biogas Burner
- Biogas generated from palm oil mills can be to good use as fuel for boilers or heating tunnels for rubber or coconut copra.
- GSE burners are equipped with the following 7 components:
- Burner
- Gas Train
- U-Seal
- Moisture separator
- Gas Blower
- Combustion Air Blower
- PLC Control System
- With the PLC System and HMI real time process is available for process engineers to monitor

Biogas Scrubber
- Our Bio Scrubbers are made of fibre glass and can be customized based on different capacities. We offer full turnkey solutions.
- The media used in the Bio Scrubber is polyethylene (PE) –Flower Type
- The Bio Scrubber operates on a counter current flow where the biogas enters at the bottom of the scrubber and flows upwards against the flow of water from the top of the scrubber.
- In this counter flow, the hydrogen sulphite levels can be reduced to as low as 150ppm
Biogas Enclosed Flares
- We supply Biogas Enclosed Flares on a turnkey basis.
- Enclosed flares provide a more controlled combustion process by containing the flame within the combustion chamber.
- This design improves safety, reduces noise and lowers emissions
- Concealed flame reduces visibility concerns
- Suitable for populated or environmentally sensitive areas
Compressed Bio-Methane Gas
CBG
- Our Compressed Bio-Methane plants uses the membrane technology.
- Membrane module is made of stainless steel cylinder containing hollow fibre membrane cartridge inside.
- Biogas (feed) comprising methane, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen and moisture enters the membrane module and the biogas is upgraded from 52% methane levels to about 95% methane level called “retentate”.
- Carbon dioxide and other gasses called “permeate gas” are removed.
- Incoming Hydrogen Sulphite of 200ppm max can be reduced to as low as 23 ppm in the CBG.
- The CBG will be compressed and stored in pressurised cylinders and can be used in vehicles or domestic use.
