Electrostatic Precipitator

  • Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) works on the principle of ionization of gases generated by high voltage DC Voltage 11KV.
  • The particles in the gas stream are combined with electrons and are polarized.
  • The negatively charged particles (ions) migrate towards the positive electrode, releases the electrons and attach to the positive electrode which is grounded.
  • The particulates are discharged using Magnetic Impulse Gravity Impact (MIGI) rappers and the dust will be collected below in a hopper.
  • Our ESP can produce output emission to as low as 50mg/Nm3 particulates and Opacity below 20%
